Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Upsell beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest's dining experience.
- Clean and reset tables efficiently to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues immediately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or Waitstaff preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, or cocktail service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
