Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks with precision and adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server is preferred, but training is available for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
