Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and introducing daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly, ensuring temperature and presentation standards are met.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with set-up and breakdown.
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol handling regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
