The Role:
As a Server, you are the face of our brand. You will greet guests warmly, guide them through our culinary offerings, and ensure every aspect of their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner and ensure all items are prepared correctly.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Address guest concerns or complaints immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
