Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate 80+ item menu with wine pairings
- Process POS transactions with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar during peak rushes
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with grace and professionalism
- Contribute to positive team culture during high-volume shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience
- CA Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of allergen protocols and dietary restrictions
- Positive attitude under pressure during weekend rushes
- Availability for Friday/Saturday shifts (mandatory)
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast experience preferred)
