Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring proper plating and timing for an optimal guest experience.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Clean tables and dining areas between service periods to maintain hygiene standards.
- Build rapport with regular guests to foster a loyal customer base.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required (we offer paid training).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a 'can-do' attitude.
