Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Upsell menu items and alcoholic beverages to increase revenue while adhering to responsible service guidelines.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying trays and serving guests.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
