Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Provide detailed knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Upsell products effectively to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high standards of food presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Food Service Handler Permit.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
