Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve menu items to guests, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Clean tables and maintain the dining area to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle cash transactions and manage tips in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of prior restaurant server experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings and menu offerings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
