The Role
As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming greetings and efficient service to all guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve courses and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality standards.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including tables and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with grace and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
- Valid MA Food Service Worker Permit (if required).
