Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Provide detailed knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
- Clean and set tables according to strict health codes and company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Cash out checks accurately and process payments efficiently at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or host is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
