Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and introducing daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen team promptly.
- Provide detailed product knowledge to answer guest questions and make informed recommendations.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary service station throughout the shift.
- Clean tables and reset them for the next service in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Valid Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
