Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and accurate order processing
- Master craft beer menu and food pairings
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover
- Process payments and handle POS transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience
- New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and food service
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
