Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu offerings and specials
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Upsell appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
- Basic POS system proficiency
