Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, order taking, and food/beverage delivery
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Ohio Food Handler certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairing fundamentals
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organization
