Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive service to guests while maintaining professional appearance
- Accurately process food/drink orders using our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams for flawless execution
- Manage table rotations during peak hours with grace under pressure
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate dining areas and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual restaurant experience required
- TAMSA or Texas Food Handler Certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS proficiency (training provided on our system)
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
