Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Master menu knowledge and recommend seasonal specials with confidence
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and adhere to sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to management
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ with ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication skills and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive team player with strong reliability and punctuality
