Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to all guests while maintaining professional appearance
- Accurately process food/beverage orders using POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Manage table turnover and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Handle cash/credit transactions and reconcile payments
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and allergen protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
