Responsibilities
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using our digital POS system
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Provide personalized recommendations on our signature dishes and regional wines
- Process cash/credit transactions with precise accounting and reconciliation
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak service periods
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant or high-volume food service experience
- Valid Alcohol Beverage Service (ABS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-pressure service hours
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol service
