Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately process food/drink orders and payments via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service timing
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Wisconsin alcohol beverage service certification
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Passion for Milwaukee's food/beverage scene
- Food safety handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
