Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns proactively
- Support daily opening/closing procedures and inventory checks
- Contribute to positive team culture during high-volume shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's certification
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Passion for local ingredients and sustainable practices
- Basic wine knowledge and responsible service training
