Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately using our POS system while maintaining order flow
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Participate in opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card and TIPS certification
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge of San Francisco dining scene and local ingredients
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast experience preferred)
