Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Accurately process orders and payments using our POS system while ensuring financial accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards
- Reset and maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations including proper food handling procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service standards
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be 18+ years old and able to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
