Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, professional interactions
- Accurately take and enter food/beverage orders via POS system
- Present menu knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed
- Support opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant server experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
