Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Manage table rotations to optimize guest satisfaction and turnover
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payment methods
- Maintain clean dining areas and adhere to sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Valid Indiana food handler permit
