Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with expert knowledge of our seasonal menu
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage table cleanliness and reset between guests to ensure premium dining standards
- Upsell specials and high-margin items to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in opening/closing duties including side station setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior restaurant/server experience required
- Ohio Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of craft beer and wine pairings preferred
