Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution and timing
- Reset and maintain dining areas to impeccable cleanliness standards
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitation
- Collaborate with servers and hosts during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-pressure shifts
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and table maintenance
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
