Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Optimize all job postings and the careers page for high-ranking keywords to drive organic traffic and 'hiring now' visibility.
- Talent Sourcing: Execute technical sourcing campaigns using Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top-tier engineering and technical talent.
- Content Management: Write and edit engaging job descriptions that attract passive candidates and improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor job board performance metrics and traffic sources to refine recruitment funnels.
- ATS Administration: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Digital Marketing/SEO.
- Tools: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page SEO, meta tags, and keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
