Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
