Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during night shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system and maintain updated client records.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Perform routine reporting and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends.
