Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer emails and live chat tickets regarding product functionality and account issues.
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve technical software issues using established protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate complex issues to the day shift team and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the support workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions meet company standards for tone, speed, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), 4 days a week.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, web browsers, and office software.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues calmly under pressure.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for this role.
