Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails during night hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Log detailed notes and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus with minimal supervision.
