Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
