Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to shoppers during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Assist with product inquiries, returns, and store operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to maintain store standards and visual merchandising displays.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Uphold safety and security protocols within the retail environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- A valid driverβs license is preferred.
