Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to ensure a seamless experience.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
