Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night operations.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product-related concerns efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Monitor system performance and alert management to any anomalies.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) or similar night shift hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
