Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vitals monitoring and medication administration
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and emergency response teams
- Perform routine patient assessments and report any changes in condition
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Current NYS Nursing Assistant or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
