- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
