- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM with precision
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex issues and maintain service continuity
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Adhere to strict data security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
