Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, registration, and guest assistance
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain venue safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for cohesive execution
- Manage crowd control and resolve attendee inquiries professionally
- Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup procedures
- Support promotional activities and brand engagement initiatives
- Document event metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or event support experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of Chandler area venues preferred
