Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain an inviting store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and product issues professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
