- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience or equivalent training
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays as needed
