Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records

- Meet performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Evening/weekend availability (4 PM - 12 PM)
- Philadelphia local residency preferred
