Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening peak hours.
- Resolve complex technical issues and customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the daytime support team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
