Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- Current student status (high school or college) preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM), including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
- No prior barista experience necessary – training provided
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
