Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments following OSHA guidelines
- Safely transport patients using proper equipment and techniques
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Clear background check and negative drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
