Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets within established SLA guidelines.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues accurately.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
