Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve technical issues and product questions efficiently.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems for our diverse client base.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system to track issue resolution and improve service quality.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product and development teams to help drive future improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal.
- Adherence to SOPs: Follow established protocols and compliance standards to maintain high operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet navigation and software applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Availability: Ability to work immediate start and commit to a consistent part-time schedule (e.g., 20-30 hours per week).
- Location: Must reside in San Diego, CA, or be willing to commute to our downtown office.
