Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for a diverse range of clients.
- Document detailed interaction logs and resolution steps in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex tickets efficiently.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions or upgrades.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
