- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay common user feedback.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products to existing customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems independently.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
